Returns, Replacement, Cancellations:

• As Good News Broadcasting Society(“BacktotheBible.in”) or its affiliates do not actually sale any items for profit none other than to raise a funds through donation. Returns are not accepted once the item has been purchased and delivered
• Before we ship any item that has been brought by a user for an donation amount, we make sure to inspect thoroughly to make sure there is no physical damage. As all the good are given for a donation amount we replacement will not be done. If there is any grievance regarding it you can contact us through contact page. Will make sure to help you the best we can.

• Items that are once shipped cannot be cancelled.

• If wrong item has been selected or the ordered accidentally, you can contact Good News Broadcasting Society (“BacktotheBible.in”) through Contact us page and notify us.

• Once the cancelation request is submitted and the product is not shipped then it will be cancelled and refund process begins.

• If cancel request is submitted after the shipment, its users responsibility to send Back the item at their own expense to given address below and send a e-mail with an attached copy of shipment number to given mail . upon successful return of the product/item we will initiate the refund process and notify you via the register mail which is give to us at the time of signup.

Shipping:

• All the items or the products that has been given at a donation price are sent over the Indian post and Registered Indian post.
• Shipping charges are standard and based upon the terms and prices (may vary from time to time) of Indian post. Which Good News Broadcasting Society (“BacktotheBible.in”) or its affiliates has no control or manipulation over it.
• All the items are shipped after 24 hours upon confirmation of successful order.
• All the items are to deliver in 10 -15 business day of Indian post which Good News Broadcasting Society(“BacktotheBible.in”)has no control over it.
